Hover to preview search results on Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo
Last updated October 21, 2026 · 3 min read

With Peekly, every result on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo and Google Scholar can be previewed in place. Rest the pointer on a result and the page opens over your results. Close it and your results are still there, scrolled exactly where you left them.
Two levels of preview
- Cards under each resultshow the page’s real title, image, a short excerpt and its reading time, so you can rule out the wrong pages at a glance.
- The full page opens when you hover or press and hold a result, live and scrollable.
Go through results one by one
Inside a preview, the arrows move to the next and previous result. And when you reach the bottom of one page carries straight on into the next result, so a page of search results reads like one long document. That part is called Flow.
Adjust the timing
If previews open while you’re just moving the mouse, set the hover delay to Relaxed in Settings, or turn hover off and use press and hold instead.
